We read the reviews so you don’t have to, the South Philly Review’s review cut into small little morsels for your enjoyment.
Vintage on south 13th street is a fine place to meet friends for a glass of wine, a plate of fruit and cheese, a salad or a sandwich.
The menu is “tres” French and although the cocktail prices seemed steep, the wine list is much more reasonable and “might be the best-planned, moderately priced wine list in the city.”
The waloo was liked by both diners and the burger was also well received.
All in all, Vintage “is a fun spot for a glass of vino and people-watching.”

We guzzle down the reviews so you don’t have to, here’s Kirsten Henri’s look at Vintage.
With 60 wines by the glass and 100 by the bottle, Vintage offers wine from $5 white zinfandel for “wine-adverse-moms” to “unusual and exciting” wines like a Moroccan ros.
Try the brie en croute, the french cheese is served baked in filo dough and served over starfruit and pear. The bruschetta is also a hit, and the Vintage burger with applewood-smoked bacon, roasted peppers and manchego cheese “was an unusual and delicious combination.”
The service was hit or miss, 38 minutes till the wine was served… on a Monday. Other nights the service wan’t a problem at all.
