The shelves of Brew should be stacked with beer in time for SPTR’s Wheat Beer Festival on Saturday, June 27th. [Meal Ticket]

P.Y.T. is aiming for a July 1st opening. Phoodie has the menu and some interesting art work that will adorn the place. [Phoodie.info]

Philadelphia Weekly’s Adam Erace and his brother Andrew are opening Green Aisle Grocery, a grocery store on East Passyunk Avenue this fall. Expect locally grown items from favored farmers and other good stuff.

American BYOB, Paul is about a month out. It will be opposite Effie Boukidis’ self-named restaurant, Effie’s. [Meal Ticket]

The Wine Thief had its soft opening last night. The Mt. Airy bistro has some tasty sounding menu items. [The Insider]

Bibou opens tonight and the highly anticipated French restaurant is now taking reservations. If you follow Foobooz on Twitter you already know you can get reservations by calling 215-965-8290.

Ultimo Coffee/Brew is set to open the coffee side of operations this Friday at 7am. The beer part is still about a month out. Drew Lazor has the deets. [Meal Ticket]

Villanova’s Maia space may not be empty long. Win and Sutida Somboonsong who own a boatload of suburban restaurants (Teikoku, Mikado, Thai Pepper, Flavor, Azie and the soon to open Parker’s Prime) are about to sign on to take over the top floor of the space. Look for pan-Asian and a sushi bar. [The Insider]

Grey Lounge, not to be confused with the Grey Lodge is coming to Old City. The spot will be serving “simple French” for under $15. Seared foie gras makes this different than your typical OC lounge. [Meal Ticket]
