But all it took was one bite of Sketch’s buttery Kobe jawbuster smothered in chunky green chili and Thai peanut sauces to totally challenge my entire burger belief system. Also opening today on the avenue is Sketch, a burger joint from the folk behind Canvas, the coffee shop across the street. And as you might guess from a spot named Sketch, there will be plenty of opportunities to doodle as you wait, unless you’d rather concentrate on that shake.
