“That Old College Fry”

Posted by Foobooz on 12th April 2007

It’s shaping up to be a Michael Klein morning as the Inquirer writer takes a look at five, yes five, culinary and hospitality schools in the area that offer dining rooms open to the public.

  • Art Institute’s Petite Passion
  • Drexel University’s Academic Bistro
  • JNA Institute of Culinary Arts
  • Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College
  • Widener University’s Heintz Dining Room

Petite Passion

Posted by Foobooz on 13th March 2007

Gas•tron•o•my checks in with the students of the Art Institute of Philadelphia, lunching at Petite Passion. They find a great deal, $15 for a four course lunch and although the food is “hit or miss, but the ambiance and enthusiasm is contagious.”
