Michael Klein has this tidbit in his Table Tak column today, Lula, the Mediterranean inspired tapas restaurant at 225 S 12 St has changed concepts, going contemporary American bistro, but at least it’s still open. Considering all the concepts that have passed through this corner of 12th & Locust maybe restaurant black holes do exist.
