Les Crepes In Collingswood

Posted by Foobooz on 15th June 2007

Adam Erace finds the tiny Les Crepes in Collingswood. It’s the crepes that are the stars, savory standards and of course the sweet crepes too.

Galiazzi’s dessert crepes, kissed with the slightest twinkle of sugar, are flawless. Wrapped in soft, honey-golden sachets, La Evan ($6.50) sticks to a traditional trinity of ruby strawberries, sliced bananas and gooey Nutella, and La Decadente ($8) is a dentist’s nightmare of more Nutella, peanut butter, marshmallow fluff, vanilla ice cream and whipped cream.

Les Crepes is a buried treasure in Collingswood [Courier Post]
