Martin Grims, whose restaurant portfolio includes the Moshulu on the Philadelphia waterfront, Dujour Cafe in Haverford as well as a couple others on Long Island is now looking to open The Inlet at Great Egg Harbor Bay.
The Inlet will offer an all-day menu of American cuisine, cocktails and live entertainment, seven days a week. The Inlet will overlook the bay with multiple decks for outdoor dining and boat slips with a dockside bar. The outdoor decks will seat 175 guests, an outdoor kitchen and a selection of frozen drinks. Boaters will be able to dock at one of The Inlet’s 20 slips, before having a meal at the dockside bar.
