10 South 20, formerly Blue Horseshoe, and never Christopher’s is again closed for renovations. This spot at 20th and Market seems to change concepts quicker than the seasons.

Warmdaddy’s will be adding Sunday Gospel Brunch to the menu. Expect crawfish, gumbo, black skillet corn bread with honey butter, cheese grits, omelets, chicken and waffles among other down-home dining.

According to today’s Metro the House of Blues have finalized lease negotiations for the House of Blues in the Packard building at 15th and Chestnut Streets. The venue expects to open next summer.

Day four of our look at the progress of restaurants that are “opening soon.”
The second Tria is coming to 12th and Spruce and into the former home of a Laundromat. The small corner location has a long ways to go, but promises to be a welcome addition to the Washington Square West neighborhood.
