Tria is that old friend that you pick up the conversation with, like you haven’t been apart at all. Or if you rather, Tria is like those comfortable old jeans. But mainly Tria fits the bill for a big date or “solo nibble.”[Blogalicious]

Messy & Picky head out to try Giwa, the new Korean fast-fooderie at 1608 Sansom Street.

Messy gives it three stars while Picky says 2 and a half. Their final word, “Good Korean food in a fast-foody atmosphere.”

Giwa, 1608 Sansom Street, brings Korean takeout and sitdown to Center City (Feeding Frenzy).
The long anticipated Oceanaire Seafood Room on Walnut Street now has an opening date, October 28th (Feeding Frenzy).
In the closings department we find Zen Sushi on Liberties Walk, Brianna’s Italian Cafe in Collingswood, and Trattoria Lucca on Passyunk Avenue all shuttered (TableTalk).
Northern Liberties’ Copper Bistro’s web site is live, so check out the menu.
Congrats to Iron Hill, Dogfish Head, Stewart’s, Troegs, McKenzie, Rock Bottom, Bethlehem Brew Works & Triumph New Hope who all brought home medals from the Great American Beer Fest (The Beer Yard).
