George Perrier’s announcement last night on Action News could be characterized with a resounding “oh” as he proclaimed he’s giving back Le Bec-Fin’s 5 Mobil stars.

He says the stars were too stressful and “Le Bec was becoming a relic, shunned by younger diners.”

The new Le Bec-Fin will cater to those coveted younger customers with more a la carte options, lighter fare and even welcoming diners in jeans.
