VendrTV launched in February with former Philadelphia resident and voice of Rittenhouse Square, Daniel Delaney searching out great street food around the world. We’ve been waiting for him to come back to Philadelphia and have to say, we’re not surprised he wound up at Kostadinos “Gus” Hristis’ falafel stand at 20th and Market.

Ahh, our friends in New York are at it again. This time amNew York is claiming New York is the home to the first
Maoz in the United States.
Maoz Though the options may be limited, the sole menu item — falafel — is crisp and delicious. The Union Square location is the first U.S. franchise of a Dutch chain, with more on the way
Of course the first Maoz in the United States actually opened on South Street back in 2004. First it was gastropubs and now this.
