Gordon Ramsay and the owners of Hot Potato Cafe were on Fox 29’s Good Day this morning. Watch the video to find out what Ramsay thinks of the food in the green room. [Fox 29]

Avram Hornik of Lucy’s hat Shop, Noche, Drinker’s Pub and Drinker’s Tavern, etc. is looking to open a brick oven pizzeria at 39th and Chestnut. The name is tentatively Duo, the time frame is August. [The Insider]

Darling’s Parktown Place will be coming to 22nd and the Parkway. The Continetal fare will be the work of Harry Arnold who also owns the two Darling Cafes in town. [Philadelphia Magazine]

Sous vide will be the specialty at Restaurant Rosalie in central Montco. [Table Talk, Philadelphia Inquirer]
