In August, Iron Hill will continue its beer-pairing dinners with a New England Clambake, which will include: New England Clam Chowder, paired with Anvil Ale; and a Lobster Bake, with clams, mussels, potatoes and corn, paired with either Hefeweizen or Belgian Wit, depending on availability. Septembers beer-pairing dinner will offer guests the tastes of the Caribbean, and will include: Coconut Shrimp, with chipotle-orange marmalade and pineapple salsa, paired with Anvil Ale; and Jerked Salmon, with green tomato relish and curried rice cakes, paired with APA.
Iron Hills five locations are in Newark, Wilmington, Media, West Chester and North Wales, PA.

Joe Sixpack visits a blast from his past and likes what he finds.
Joe visits the Oakmont National Pub in Havertown and finds a “gem.” The bar has 15 beers on tap including some unusuals. And it also has lots of TVs, outdoor patio, and friendly service.
