Today, The Bite stays home for a French Staycation. It starts with crepes or at Cafe L’aube, an America meets France lunch at Le Bec-Fin and dinner off of Cochon’s new summer menu or dinner and a movie at Bistrot La Minette.

As the seasons change so do the menus at Cochon. Among the highlights is the “Cochon Plate” that groups house-made sausage, glazed ribs and roasted pork belly all on one happy plate.
Cochon is also getting in on the prix fixe craze with a 4-course pork centered menu available Tuesday through Thursday, now for just $30.

Esquire named Kanella one of the best breakfast spots in America back in February. Last weekend Kanella actually added brunch to their hours. Living on the Vedge was there on the hummus paved road to satisfaction. [Living on the Vedge]

In October Cochon offered a 4 courses for $35 chef-tasting menu as part of their anniversary month. It was such a success they are continuing with the offer.

Well tonight Foobooz will be collecting on a bet. A Steelers fan was foolish enough to bet Pittsburgh would beat the Eagles so we’re cashing in with the one-year anniversary, four course pork menu at Cochon.
