The Buttercream Cupcake Truck is in the shop. After a gas attendant put in regular gas not diesel the truck had to be towed to the shop. There it got cleaned up but it was discovered that the tow truck operator hadn’t disabled a drive shaft and blew the transmission.
While the truck is out of commission Buttercream is doing deliveries for $20 a dozen.

How cool is this? Philadelphia is getting a Cupcake Truck. Philly Mag reports that Kate Carrara’s Buttercream business is going mobile.
You’ll be able to follow updates to where the Cupcake Truck will be via Twitter and right now she’s asking for location suggestions.
