Beer Dinner At Blush

Blush Beer

CANCELED: Sly Fox’s Brewmaster Brian O’Reilly, and Blush Executive Chef Nick Farina will host a five course beer tasting dinner. The menu will include scallop tamales, venison, rib eye and chocolate raspberry s’mores and Sly Fox beers like Saison, Weisse and Black Raspberry Reserve. Expand your beer knowledge as each delicious course is paired with an outstanding beer, demonstrating how various beers can enhance a food’s unique flavor.

Seatings will begin at 6:30 pm and 8:00 pm at Blush on North Merion Avenue, in the heart of Bryn Mawr. This exciting event is $55 per person.

Smokin’ Tuesdays At Blush

Join Blush’s executive chef/owner, Nick Farina as he rolls out Smokin’ Tuesdays on his Bryn Mawr veranda this fall.

Chef Farina is firing up the outdoor grill, setting up a martini bar and serving up some of his tastiest offerings. Hell be creating a tapas-style menu, offering everything from mussels and clams to Kobe Sliders.

In addition to the grill menu you can also enjoy reduced drink prices from 5 to 7 PM. Domestic beers will be $3, imported beer for $4, $5 glasses of wine and $7 martinis.

Blush is also offering other events throughout the week.

Blush Brings James Beard Dinner Home

Blush

Blush Executive Chef and owner Nick Farina recently prepared a 5-course dinner at the James Beard House in Manhattan.

Now the Blush Restaurant in Bryn Mawr will host a presentation of that dinner on Wednesday, September 6th at 7:00pm.

Cost for the event will be $95 per person plus tax and gratuity.
