A monthly mixer for moms kicks off today. Every third Tuesday from 2 to 4pm at Cantina Los Caballitos. There will be $2 classic margaritas, 1/2 priced pitchers and snacks, arts and crafts for the kids.
On Wednesday the Moms and Margaritas mixer moves south to Cantina Dos Segundos. Same deal with nachos and quesadillas for the kids and of course the whole brunch/lunch menu.

The Northeast’s Tony’s Place offers half-priced tomato pies (under $4 for a large) from 6 to 10pm on Monday and Wednesday nights. Hit that up and then head across to the Grey Lodge to see what’s on tap.

South Philadelphia is the place to be if you’re a cheese and beer freak or a vegetarian.
Tonight is the first of a series of craft beer happy hours happening at DiBruno Brothers 9th Street location. Stop in between 5 and 8pm and get a Flying Fish brew and also 10% off your cheese purchase. [Meal Ticket]
It’s also vegetarian night at the Royal Tavern where all the chalkboard specials will be vegetarian or vegan.

Every first Wednesday of the month Earth, Bread + Brewery creates some ambiance by having the bars and dining rooms illuminated only by candleight. Get there early for some pizza then head up the block to get to McMennamin’s to watch the Phillies.

Center City Sips kicks off June 3rd and runs every Wednesday through August 26th.
the deal will be the familiar $4 cocktails, $3 wines, $2 beers and half-priced cocktails at over 70 participating bars and restaurants.
New this year will be a 15% dinner discount for those staying past 7pm.
The Center City District has all the participants listed on their web site.

The Sidecar Bar and Grille has a new monthly event that is sure to do some damage. It’s their High Gravity Wednesday featuring 8 beers that are 9% ABV or higher.
