Craig LaBan is checking out the new Marigold Kitchen in West Philadelphia this weekend. The menu has intrigued us and it will be interesting to see what LaBan thinks of Robert Halpern’s cooking.

   i loved it when i went. hope laban does too, but i’m not sure….i could see him get annoyed at some of the touches that, i admit, seemed a little unnecessary (some of the dots of sauce were too small to affect the flavor of the dish). but the food was great and the service even better.
