Owner Derek Davis and chef de cuisine Josh Sobel are hosting Yards Brewing founder and brewmaster Tom Kehoe at a beer dinner at Derek’s on Wednesday, October 21st at 7pm.
It’s 4-courses and 4 beers for $50.

steamed prince edward island mussels
lemongrass-herb broth, frites

Second course
grilled head on shrimp
butternut squash risotto, basil emulsion, fried sage
Paired with: Thomas Jefferson Tavern Ale
Third course
roast pork loin
lavender thyme crust, sweet potato ravioli, swiss chard, fall spiced brown butter
Paired with: Yards IPA
Fourth course
white chocolate gelato float
white chocolate gelato, almond brittle, amarena cherries
