ok, i tried all of them earlier this week! plus a few other things i will comment on after. :)

my report:

cannelono — excellent. exactly what a starter should be
gnoccho — (i ordered this) was delicious but i would have liked more mostarda, less gorgonzola. i would have liked if the chicken liver was more prominent, but these are just quibbles; it was delicious.
tortelloni — outstanding with just a touch of sweet
anatra “all’apicio”— actually i didn't taste this but the member of my party who ordered it freaked out over how good it was.
guancia — this was slightly overcooked and the flavors were a bit patchy but i still liked it. my bf, who ordered it, was not impressed.

other comments:

i ordered the animale which is not on this menu, fried sweetbreads that were absolutely divine. i also ordered the bucatini since i can't resist thick strands of pasta (heavenly) and two people ordered the lasagne which is still at the top of its game. desserts are also still perfection incarnate. our table ordered the following and they are listed in my order of prefence:

vanilla panna cotta with balsamic seared figs
flourless chocolate torte
torte de miele
torte de fragole

the panna cotta was beyond words. i perfect combination of flavors.

and i'm done. and i can't wait to go back. and i love this place. :)

Art, I ate the gnoccho (super rich), the tortelloni (so delicate and ethereal); that guancia is the stuff fat kid dreams are made of. Get it.
