Outdoor Seating At Pat’s & Geno’s Is Illegal

Licenses and Inspections says the outdoor seating at the cheesesteak nexus of 9th and Passyunk is illegal.

Both Pat’s and Geno’s have no right to put those tables out. But legislation is underway to make both tourist attractions street legal.

    I wonder if they fined them and threatened to close them down like they did to Cochon last year. Cochon’s been trying to get the permit for two years now.
