   more escolar for me! umai has it on its sushi menu…one of the most delicious fishes/sea kittens in my opinion.

   Thank goodness, its about time the best best restaurant in Philadelphia (little fish) got a second spot. I cant freakin wait, I’m almost overwhelmed by every single thing on the menu sounding amazing.

   Stiped bass under chris lee had an escolar with spicy brown sugar and cheese grits that was out of this world….
