   and Josh McCullough used to work at Le-Bec-Fin and is now the executive chef at Time and helped with the menu development at PYT

   Let’s not forget Peter Gilmore in West Chester. Check the framed Menu in the restroom (meal prepared by Perrier and Gilmore). French decadence at its finest.
