   Interesting. Since scrapple is basically a cornmeal mash with meat(trimmings) and stock, usually pork, it could be done with other bases. Crab meat and crab stock with the right spices could really be neat. I wonder if the spices will lean towards Old Bay for the classic blue crab profile, or if it’ll go some other way.
