Tonight, Flying Fish is debuting the latest in their Exit Series of beers. Exit 11 (the intersection of the Turnpike and the Garden State Expressway) is a hoppy American Wheat and you will be able to find it tonight from 7 to 9pm at the Swift Half and Varga Bar. It will also debut at both Foodery locations if you want to take it home with you.
The Flying Fish Exit Series has created a lot of buzz for the Cherry Hill brewery including raising the ire of MADD and prompting an Associated Press video piece. Today Grub Street interviews Flying Fish owner, Gene Muller.
