Looks like the Snow White to me… The big window on the next building over looks like the window over Drinker’s, and while I’m struggling to see what the building in the back is, it kind of looks like the William Penn House…

Snow White is on the other side of the street from Drinkers. The diner next to drinkers is Continental, in Old City.
But I agree its Capo on 13th St. I love the Philly History site

Drinkers has 2 locations (as does Snow White) — I was making reference to 19th and Chestnut, not 2nd and Market… But I could see it being Capogiro…

my initial thought was that it was tria at 18th and sansom. I guess all of those sansom corners look alike

It is indeed the 13th Street Capogiro. Congrats to everyone who got it right.
