    Starbucks!

Capogiro @corner of 13th and Sansom

  3. Brian Says:

    I agree with Aaron… Capogiro…

  4. Matt Says:

Looks like the Snow White to me… The big window on the next building over looks like the window over Drinker’s, and while I’m struggling to see what the building in the back is, it kind of looks like the William Penn House…

  5. Matt Says:

    Capogiro without a doubt…

Snow White is on the other side of the street from Drinkers. The diner next to drinkers is Continental, in Old City.

But I agree its Capo on 13th St. I love the Philly History site

  7. Eric Says:

Wow, I really thought it was the Starbucks on Broad and Pine.

  8. Matt Says:

    To Josh A:

Drinkers has 2 locations (as does Snow White) — I was making reference to 19th and Chestnut, not 2nd and Market… But I could see it being Capogiro…

  9. Dan Says:

my initial thought was that it was tria at 18th and sansom. I guess all of those sansom corners look alike

  10. Brian Says:

Actually, it’s pretty cool, if you look at the top left of the photo. That’s the PSFS building, right?

  11. Jay Says:

Is it the Dunkin Donuts at 16th & Sansom?

  12. steve Says:

Building in the background on the left is the PSFS Building/Loews

  13. pk Says:

I think this might be the CVS store at 19th and Chestnut st.

  14. kar Says:

yup Capogiro. PSFS in the back and look at that awning. It’s still there…

  15. Foobooz Says:

It is indeed the 13th Street Capogiro. Congrats to everyone who got it right.
