That said, considering Noble had already lowered prices, why is the main critique still it’s pricing? I’m horribly confused by that and frustrated because I had the EXACT same service problems (no sense of timing). Our appetizers beat our cocktails to the table. Our entrees were ready before they cleared the apps.

That’s a major flaw, and one that should be fixable. Hopefully Noble won’t overlook that critique, because the food and drink and space is too good for timing to get in the way.
