Eyeball Bender From The Past

It’s now a bar with a pleasing beer selection. In 1972 it was Philadelphia Blacksmiths Supply Co. Do you recognize it?

    The building to the right of the blacksmiths’ supply, with the white facade on the bottom and brick on top, is what makes me go with RSC. (Google streetview agrees.)
