Pig, That Tempting Lolita

Lolita BBQ Monday
 

 

Lolita BBQ Monday is back for the summer. Each Monday through the summer the Midtown Village Mexican BYOB will be offering a different barbecue menu. The price is $35 per person and don’t forget your tequila, the fresh pureed watermelon-mint mix is back on the menu.

This Monday the theme is “Pig Out.” Check out the menu after the jump.

(you will receive all of the following items, served family style)

FIRST COURSE

ensalada de serrano y melon
serrano ham, melon and butter lettuce salad, jicama, champagne vinaigrette

SECOND COURSE

pineapple glazed babyback ribs
black bean salsa, cilantro, pineapple bbq glaze

smoky pulled pork carnitas
hickory smoked pork shoulder, pickled red onion, housemade corn tortillas

grilled pork tenderloin
three chile rub, chimichurri, watermelon relish

ON THE SIDE

- “street style corn” – grilled corn on the cob, roasted garlic aioli, cotija cheese, lime
- roasted poblano-cotija polenta
- buttermilk slaw – jicama, cilantro, lime

THIRD COURSE

tres leches de chocolate
consuelo’s three milks cake, mexican spiced chocolate pot de crème, salty walnuts
