Maybe Plan-Eat-Thai in Point Breeze can move there so I don't have to get their food delivered all the time.

I think Artisan Boulanger should move there and open up a real cafe that serves French style breakfasts and Vietnamese sandwiches on their killer bread.

Tiffin would be cool, but I just read on another blog that the owner thinks that the streets of South Philly are too congested for fast delivery. C'mon! They deliver to Center City and the Art Museum area and what about the car accident nightmare, Lincoln Drive, near the Mt. Airy location. Those locations don't have traffic?! Obviously, he has something against South Philadelphia. His reasoning makes absolutely no sense.

Indian would be great...so would Greek....reasonably priced...byo...outside seating. Whatever concept decides to go in there will definitely need to spend a little money renovating the front (i.e. windows that open....Adobe could have spent a few more dollars with a better reno.) and expanding next door would definitely help. It is easy to overlook this spot because of its narrow storefront. More avenue exposure, a decent decor and reasonably-priced Indian or Greek would probably do very well.

Damn, I really wanted to try this spot. A good tagine would have been nice. But 30 days... not enough time for any reviews to even trickle out!

An Indian place would be great. I don't think there are any Indian spots south of South St.

Tiffin, yes. Or maybe Ekta...

Check this wierd rent discrepancy: The EPBID says $900-$1100 negotiable, but the owner says $2000.
