The Courthouse at 9th & Chestnut has naked women on I’m pretty sure. Or maybe its’ the the Jefferson building next to it (extending to 10th & Chestnut). Either way, the only restaurants in viewing viewing range of these buildings are Quizno’s, Au Bon Pain, and Palace at the Ben. None of which can be right…
