Wines In Boxes & Beers You’ve Never Heard Of

Posted by Foobooz on April 20th, 2009

A couple of interesting events at Tria Washington Square West this week. Wednesday is Earth Day and Tria is pouring eco-friendly wines (that means from <gasp> a box!) from 4 to 7pm. There will be Côtes du Rhône Blanc and a rich Argentine Malbec.

On Thursday, 12 Percent Imports is showing off four obscure artisinal beers from Belgium. Again, the event offers special pricing between 4 and 7pm.

i went to a beer week event with 12 percent importers. you’re in for a treat if you taste their stuff. Some really unique (and delicious) beers in his import list.

Anyone know if the 12 percent night will have a tasting flight or are we limited to full pours?

  3. rory Says:

tria’s email said it was tasting portions of the four.

  4. Marty B. Says:

    Awesome, thanks Rory.
