I checked out Thai Singha House To Go yesterday. The food is great, but I balked a little at the price – red curry chicken and a diet coke cost a little over $10. Then, of course, I saw the portion – wowza. I had it for dinner last night, it will be lunch today and possibly half of dinner tonight as well.

The kitchen doesn’t seem exactly finished but I got to watch the man prepare my meal and it was hot and creamy and delicious.
