Chocolate & Beer

Golosa just got a new shipment of chocolates in from Italy’s “Best Artisanal Chocolatier,” Andrea Bianchini of Florence, Italy so they can’t help but host a chocolate tasting event. And to make it a little different, Golosa is pairing the chocolates with a complimentary beer or dark aged rum. The event is next Wednedsay, April 15th and runs from 6 to 10pm. Reservations are recommmended. 

 

THE TASTING MENU -

Sampler #1 – 6 pcs – $ 15 per person*

- 12 year aged Balsamic Vinegar -
- Saffron -
- Olive oil and Tahitian vanilla -
- Sechuan pepper -
- Corbezzolo Honey -
- Grappa -

Sampler #2 – 6 pcs – $ 15 per person*

- Rosemary and salt crystals -
- Absinthe -
- Passion fruit and Sechuan pepper -
- Raspberry -
- Coconut & Rum -
- Pistachio -

    Golosa is a gem in a great neighborhood. After dinner at Litle Fish, Salt& Pepper or Cochon bring your left over wine,extend your evening out and taste a bite(or two) of the worlds best chocolate.

    This event should be a good time even for the chocolate novice!

    Totally agree with SeO. They also have the world’s best red velvet chocolate cake with cream cheese frosting. I actually get a second slice to go for breakfast. Ahem, yes, I know I have a problem.
