if im not mistaken i saw a few of these on display at cafe loftus not long ago. and they looked good in person and in large format.

This is very cool. I like how he chose both fine-dining type chefs and gastropub kitchens like Good Dog.

I love the concept. I’m not entirely sure of the execution. The photos are difficult to read.
