		<description>Seriously.  How many false starts has Starr had with this location since closing Angelina&#039;s many years ago?  We&#039;ve heard so many stories about what he&#039;s doing with this space, yet you never see any work being done.  I&#039;ll believe this when I see it.</description>

		<description>Next to Tangerine, Blue Angel, for me, was the only other successful restaurant concept that Starr has ever had.  Everything else he has concepted, has, for one reason or another, left SOMETHING to be desired.  But Blue Angel, and Tangerine, they were well thought out and well executed.  You can&#039;t really say that about any other thing he&#039;s created.</description>
