i hope Hot Potato on girard applies…

  2. Andy Says:

Maybe the Signature Restaurant Group (Perrier/ Scarduzio) should apply. That would be must see TV.

I used to think Ludwig’s would have been perfect for this show before it closed.

That said, this show is getting a little tired. Every episode is clean up dirty kitchen/get rid of frozen food/focus menu/gordon takes of shirt/difficult manager or chef learns lesson.

the british version is more fun/entertaining/quirky–he’s done a more varied group of restaurants and the one about the high-end place that’s trying too hard was really interesting and you could see Ramsey actually gave a sh*t.

  5. mike Says:

Yeah. I watched the british version and it is better. I think mostly because they don’t have that annoying fox voiceover guy. Gordon is also way less over the top and doesn’t barf after every thing he eats.

  6. Jenna Says:

They’ve advertised on Phila. Craigslist every season.
For some reason, Bookbinder’s always comes to mind when I think of a Philadelphia “Kitchen Nightmare.”
“It was founded in 1865. It has served presidents, Academy Award winners, etc……..”
    I watch too much tv.

From what I hear, Del Frisco’s needs some help.

  8. Andre Says:

Cobre, beautful spot, so so food and no interesting drinks.
