Tonight stop your whining. A quick look at the calendar shows three wine focused events tonight. A sold-out Sommelier Smackdown, a panel on women in the wine business at the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts and toast two years of Tria Fermentation School with Naked on Roller Skates, a rare sparkling Shiraz that will be pouring at Tria’s Washington Square West location.
Saturday
Roxborough is hosting a brew fest at the football field next to the YMCA at Ridge and Domino. $30 gets you four hours of beer starting at 1pm.
We like this event just for the name, Apotiki at Apothecary. Polynesian drinks and complimentary hors d’oeuvres from 6 to 9pm.
Sunday
Why not check out the new or old Naked Chocolate Cafe, afterall Drexel says chocolate is good for you.
