Feeling Kind Of Chile

Posted by Foobooz on November 10th, 2008

Chile is promoting itself in Philadelphia starting this Thursday. There will be Chilean art, business, music and most importantly to Foobooz readers, Chilean food and wine.

The Restaurant School will feature a special menu of Chilean food, wine and pisco sour at the school’s Courtyard Restaurant.

The special menu will be available to the public starting Saturday, November 15th through the Thursday the 20th.

great idea, espescially if you’re hooked up with the invite that you need to attend most of the events. it’ll be a sad day in Philly if the turn-out is low due to the “invite only” bit. the idea of marketing it minimally and nearly last minute is pure genius too. !Bienvenidos chileanos!
