It’s game 5 of the World Series. Choose a place near Broad Street (Jose Pistola’s, Misconduct Tavern, McGlinchey’s, JL Sullivans all would work tonight) so if/when we win you’ll be steps from the big party on Broad Street.
Outside of Center City, Memphis Taproom is alluring with the promise of Westvleteren beers when the Phillies win. Westvleteren is one of the most difficult to get beers in the world, Spanky and company will be pouring it to celebrate victory.

JL Sullivans was the biggest shit show last night. They ran out of beer, understaffed, food took so long I had to go in the kitchen and get it myself.

JL Sullivans was the same way on Sunday. They were also out of napkins. What a bunch of idiots. Nice place inside, if a little sterile feeling. I was surprised that it wasn’t more expensive given the location.
