Tonight

Posted by Foobooz on October 21st, 2008

Well tonight Foobooz will be collecting on a bet. A Steelers fan was foolish enough to bet Pittsburgh would beat the Eagles so we’re cashing in with the one-year anniversary, four course pork menu at Cochon.

Check out this week’s swine inspired menu after the jump.

Escargots and Berkshire Pork Belly

Crispy Pig’s Feet with Violet Mustard

Braised Wild Boar with Smoked Beer, and Sauerkraut Dumplings

Poor Man’s Pudding

$35

So, how was it? I went last Saturday at 8:30 and they were already sold out of the tasting.
