    Sovalo just closed.

  2. MrMarsellus Says:

I don’t think that Sovalo had patio seating or three floors as this ad indicates. Any idea why they closed? I always enjoyed Sovalo.

  3. Anthony Says:

    Wow – Didn’t know Sovalo closed :-(

I was thinking this could be for Elixer. Not sure that they had a patio though.

  4. DKH Says:

Where does it say anything about three floors??? am I missing something? I think it is Elixir because I have seen it listed elsewhere.

  5. Heather Says:

Not sure why Sovalo closed. Very sudden at that. Its a shame. Too many good places in the area have closed.

  6. MrMarsellus Says:

I think “Triple Net” indicates three floors.

  7. Blofeld Says:

Triple Net means that the tenant pays the rent, property taxes, and insurance.

  8. vg Says:

triple net simply means that the tenant is responsible for taxes, incurance and maintence (not 3 floors)

  9. MrMarsellus Says:

    Oops! Sorry for the misunderstanding.

  10. cheesesteak the impaler Says:

It would be cool to eat in a restaurant with three floors made of net though. Maybe Starr can punch his weight with a Brazilian steak house and recycle the hanging chairs from Continental. Call it “Triple Canopy” or something.

  11. CEF Says:

Good idea, Cheese, but the burger would still be $21.

  12. cheesesteak the impaler Says:

That’s fine, but you’re paying for the Robinson Crusoe cum Thunderdome ambience more than you are a class A burger. It’s for people who don’t know that they’re paying for more bungie than burger, or probably don’t care….

  13. Heather Says:

    Bungie Buger. There it is.
