   There is great anticipation in the neighborhood for the opening of Local 44 - and the kick-ass beer list (or should I say the expertly chosen and delightfully original beer list) only hightens our eagerness to finally sit down and drink all those delights - hopefully with full commentary by Brendan!

   Eager to visit a neighborhood non-Dock gastropub and I have a relative visiting next weekend who’d be into this sort of place.
