    The study points out that B-12 deficiency is the real cause of shrinkage. So if you only eat Ham & Cheese Hot Pockets all day, you’ll likely encounter the same atrophy.

    Anyone who takes a multivitamin regularly stays sharp. Also swig fortified cereal, Kashi oatmeal (100%), Luna bars (100%), 1 cup of soy milk or soy latte (50%), and 1.5 tbsp of nutritional yeast (133%).

    Allay your fears.
