What about actual hardwood coal grilling, info about sourcing prime local ingredients, details about the quality, feed and breed of beef etc that positively Philly piece hit a lot of false notes. Also calling the chef a top chef in the country seems improbable since he came from that frat boy bar on the parkway, correct?
