Drew Lazor might be on vacation but he still manages to snag the new menus for Time and give us the rundown on the new chef, Josh McCullough who has experience at Le Bec-Fin, Gayle and Blackfish.

   That’s good news, I had the old guy’s food at Vintage and it sucked.
