In response to this John Mims story: What a scumbag Mims is. It shouldn't matter whether he has ability to cook, the fact that he is such a low life, certainly keeps me from wanting to eat anything from his kitchen. As for the food at Carmine's and Les Bons Temps, the food is outstanding. The word is that Mims has had nothing to do with cooking at either restaurant for quite some time, yet the food is outstanding at each place. I can't imagine that his new employer (YES THAT'S RIGHT, EMPLOYER) will do when Mims tries to rip him off.
