   Sure sounds a whole lot like the institute. Immitation is the most sincere form of flattery.

   Actually it sure sounds a lot like their Memphis Taproom which opened b e f o r e the Institute.

   The Institute IS a great bar.(kitchen coming within two months)…But the combined creative genius of Lee and Brendan don’t have to imitate anyone.
