Just disappointed that Caviar Assouline closed shop in Liberty Place…
Anybody know another place to get big pieces of foie gras to sear?
$30 for 2 tiny pieces at Di Bruno Bros isnt such a good deal…

though its a bit outta the way, hitch hike if need be to 2050 Richmond Street http://www.icaviar.com/retail.asp
for remaining Caviar Assouline. I suppose you can also speak with D’Angelo’s in the Italian Market for Sonny reels in heaps of not yer everyday meat…though he can be a bit grumpy to talk to at times so go on Monday when his mother works. Isn’t Hugs for Puppies funded by KFC anyway?
