I was looking forward to getting the whole Iron Chef dinner, so I’m a little disappointed that you can’t get everything at once. Oh well.

Went to Tinto tonight- they were supposed to have the Sliced Ibérico & Cantaloupe Terrine. Instead they had what they called Breakfast, but on the show was Desayuno – (Fresh Melon, Quail Egg, Bacon Crisp, Cream & Maple, Cooled with an Espresso Granita). Ins place of bacon they served the egg topped melon next to some tender pork belly. It was delicious if you didn’t bother with the Espresso Granita. This was not freshly prepared and was just a solid frozen mass at the bottom of a small glass. I had this with a pitcher of their sangria (pitchers are half price from 5-7). Made for a nice after work treat!
